The Board of Trustees of the Jackson Public Schools will receive electronic and sealed proposals for the above bid at the Business Services located at 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi, until 10:00 A.M. CST on Thursday, November 14, 2024. The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at that place and time.

A Pre-Bid Conference concerning this project will be held at 3655 Livingston Road, Jackson, MS 39213 on Tuesday October 29, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Attendance at the pre-bid conferences is non-mandatory but strongly encouraged.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened.
