The Board of Trustees of the Jackson Public Schools will receive electronic and sealed proposals for the above bid at the Business Services located at 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi, until 10:00 A.M. CST on Friday, August 30, 2024. The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at that place and time.

A Pre-Bid Conferences concerning this project will be held at 545 Bobby Rush Blvd., Jackson, MS 39209 on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Attendance at the pre-bid conferences is non-mandatory but strongly encouraged. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened.
