Renovations to Bailey APAC Middle School (ESSER)

Electronic and sealed bid proposals for the above bid will be received by the Board of Trustees
of the Jackson Public School District, in the Business Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi,
until 10:00 A.M. (Local Prevailing Time) April 11, 2023 at which time and place they will be publicly opened
and read aloud.

The Pre-Bid Conference concerning the project for Bailey APAC Middle School will be held at 1900 N. State Street, Jackson, MS 39202 on March 22, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is non-mandatory but strongly suggested.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid, if approved, for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened.

Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at jpsdmsprojects.com. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit shall be required on each set of bid documents and must be purchased through the website. Until further notice, all hand delivery proposals delivered between 9:00 a.m. until 9:59 a.m. (local prevailing time) the date the bid is scheduled to open, must be delivered to JPSD Board Room, 621 South State Street, Jackson, MS 39201.
